Homeland Security Corp (PINK:HSCC) Stock Explodes On Non Security Driven Technologies

Yesterday, Homeland Security Corp (PINK:HSCC) stock exploded 20.6% on non security driven technologies.

Stock alerts for big price jumps were the only official information for the company, that resulted HSCC shares price increase up to the level from ,the golden for HSCC, year 2006.

Except for the last HSCC press release about the launch of the new corporate web site, even the best scout will meet difficulties to find some official information, that to be able to arouse HSCC investors attention. The announcement was made a few weeks ago. It has no basis in fact, but was to push up the HSCC stock demand.

There, HSCC promised to revamp online sales website of its subsidiary HSC Security Source Inc.

Unfortunately, HSCC is a non SEC reporting company and it is difficult to obtain viable information about the so called subsidiary. The company offers retail store security instruments, like network video surveillance and video content analysis. Further more, at the OTC web page, HSCC is in the category of “Dark/ Defunct” companies. This category includes companies that are not able or willing to provide disclosure to the public markets.

Again, the best scout will not be able to deliver you information, that was never announced. The last company’s filings for the OTC market are three years old. The only news about HSCC are already mentioned non security driven stock alerts.

All investments done, based only on these alerts, with no additional research about the company, usually provide to hypnotic and speculative price movement. Maybe some hazardous investors will expect their 500% gain. But let us not forget, that the numbers can be also negative and the expected gain can be realized loss.
