Still Highly Speculative, Hidalgo Mining International (PINK:HMIT) Looks For The Bright Future

Hidalgo Mining International (PINK:HMIT) seems currently to be known as Verde Media Group, a next generation media company, which strategically combines the natural resources mining with the entertainment business to make high profits. Not a bad idea, but the company’s investor relations strategy is even more innovative.Still with the warning shield of a company not disclosing any material information to the public on the OTC Homepage and with strong implicit PR support from the investor community, Hidalgo Mining proves a sustainable uptrend. High short selling volume keeps attracting speculators and the under $1 stock of the company with undefined business and no proven operations rose again on Friday to a close of $0.002 for a share. The increase was 17.65% and the trading volume exceeded 137 million shares.

As 79 million of that amount were shorted and the market seems to expect a name and a ticker change soon, which will make the market makers close their positions, the anticipated short squeeze let the stock appear again on the Top 10 List of investor alerts.
Recently, Hidalgo does not rely solely on costly press releases to provide corporate updates to interested investors. A much more efficient way of promoting is to target the online investor community through publishing PR posts directly in investor forums.
Yesterday a forum participant stated that HMIT is the most undervalued stock they have ever seen in the OTC market, and provided further staggering information about Hidalgo’s current activities. According to the post, the Cowboy Mining reality show is already in production, the company has acquired “a library of movies and TV shows” that nobody knows about yet, and even a merger with an “established company” from the media business is being implied. With the expected millions of dollars in profits, a 3000% gain over the current price would not be surprising
Plans for an official name change and for submitting financial information to the Pink OTC Markets Issuer Service were announced in a press release already in March this year, but since then nothing has changed. Hidalgo shareholders still rely on the information provided by online forums to stay up to date, though it looks like the broad discussions there are able to create a lasting buying momentum for that highly speculative stock.
