The aggressive stock promotions and press releases for IDO Security, Inc. (OTC:IDOI) keep running this month as well. Shortly before the shareholders approve the increase in the authorized capital, the results still look quite satisfactory with a new peak of the share price for the past six months and a significant increase in the trading activity.

The next quarter report of IDO Security is probably eagerly expected by investors, as it will show if all the efforts to market the MagShoe^TM have managed finally to secure market acceptance for the product that was “ahead of its time” so far and to cure the stable losses. The effects on the share price are more evident though. Promoted each day since the beginning of the month, IDOI added yesterday another 11.11% to its value and closed the session at $0.002 on a trading volume of 271.88 million shares.

The many “milestone events” probably do not sound that credible to traders anymore, but certain third parties keep paying enormous amounts of cash to promote IDOI common stock. Yesterday’s promotion was also part of the long-term $80,000 worth campaign, and last week $200,000 have been paid to a number of other promoters.

At the end of June, the company was in a dire need of cash, having $300,000 in current assets and almost $14 million in current debts, thus it is very questionable if or when cash can be raised. Management’s short-term solution will be voted tomorrow, when a special meeting of the company’s stockholders will take place.

The main purpose is to approve the increase of the number of authorized shares of common stock from 5 billion to 60 billion, the main reason being the large debts and the fact that IDOI share price has lost almost all of its value over the past two years. In connection with the company’s December 2007 Notes and related warrants, 6.16 billion new shares may be issued to repay the outstanding amount, and another 15.78 billion should be reserved for issuance in connection with the issued in 2008 and 2009 notes and convertible preferred stock.

KAT Exploration Inc. (PINK:KATX) recorded top performance in the under $1 stock market yesterday with another breakup of 34.83% and volume spike of 520%. Over 11 million share turnover reflected the enormous market demand and led to a new peak for the year with a close at $0.108.

After the moving averages crossover, the long expected bounce off happened at the beginning of last week and followed by another spring led to expanded volatility, attracting traders again with promises for huge excess returns. Over half a million short sellers contributed yesterday to the huge volume and let the stock appear to be entering the overbought area. Some forum participants even recognized a strong bullish “Cup and Handle” pattern and rocked KATX boat.

A press announcement from last Wednesday concerning a new drilling program in Handcamp property in Newfoundland did not immediately produce the desired effect, though increasing market interest and growing amount of short sales sounded good enough for a nice short squeeze and invoked finally yesterday’s price and volume run-up.

Investors are interested in Zealous, Inc. (PINK:ZLUS) again, following the persistent PR for the company’s only product still having theoretical chances to gain some revenues. The under $1 stock recorded new peak on large volume spike.

The stock of Zealous appears to be strengthening the started uptrend after a short term pause and gained again 77.14% on Friday. Large daily volatility and a volume burst after a long period of almost no trading activity, accompanied by 50-day moving average going up, signaled to investors the continuance of the uptrend. The closing price of $0.0062 was a new peak for this year and it followed intensive trading with 207.5 million shares traded, representing 15.8 time more than the previous day.

Although there is no data for Zealous having paid for promotions, their stock has been constantly mentioned in investor alerts, promising daily growing revenues and seeing the breakout coming. A press release on Friday, speaking of the new “start of the art” social network platform of Zealous also enhanced the price rally. That latest social networking technology, and as it seems the only product of Zealous having some revenue outlooks, was said to blow away all established competitors and to launch a real furor with its innovative features among its users.

Looking at the operating history of Zealous, disclosing a number of previous bankrupt projects ranging from investment banking to adult health care products, the dubious PR cannot substantially improve the highly questionable future operating success of Zealous and all of its subsidiaries.

Current financial results will not be filed soon, but what has been filed so far reveals the dire financial condition of the company. After the financial services and the consumer mortgages subsidiaries were shut down in 2008, the company established last year the Health and Wellness Partners Inc. to distribute sexual performance pills and energy drinks. Though, shortly after the first online purchase of the Surge for Women product, Zealous got a visit from the FDA, who declared the product potentially harmful and recommended distribution to be canceled. Following plans to sell the subsidiary were filed middle of March.

Latest 10-Q filing provides investors with further interesting facts. Zealous has often been sued by former directors, creditors and employees, having various claims on the company relating losses on equity and unsecured debt investments, violations of securities laws, misleading company presentations, non-payment of wades and so on. Urgent working capital insufficiency and no more access to bank financing, since default on most of the debt in September 2009, only add to the extremely high dilution risk of Zealous Inc.

Yesterday, Everock Inc. granted investors an almost 50% return over only two days. The volume traded hit a new peak.

This was the result of an active EVRN stock promotion campaign and the company’s appreciation of the work of its master broker.
