Google (GOOG) Blaming Chinese Government for Blocking its E-mail Services

Google (Nasdaq: GOOG) announced on Monday that the Chinese government blocking access to its e-mail program through out China, where users are unable to use the service. Google said that that some of its users are unable to send e-mails through its Gmail service and some users are unable to even view the home page.

How would you feel about a world, where the hospitals operate without needles? This is what Medical International Technology Inc.(OTC:MDLH) proposes to the public – needle free jet injectors for human and veterinary applications. It seems to work as the market responds well to any new announcement from the company. So is this really the next big thing in medicine? Well, depends on who you ask.

On one hand, if you ask yeterday`s traders – this is it, this is the deal of a lifetime. They do have their proof. It is the company announcement from yesterday, stating that an Asian joint-venture of the company has just received Chinese FDA approval for its products. It is without a doubt a good thing to be approved to market your products to 20% of the population of the world. If only things were so easy with the US FDA, but that is another story entirely.

On the other hand, there are some facts, which will not exactly inspire confidence in investors. One of them is the astonishing number of cash, according to the latest 10-Q statement. The manager currently has $26 at his disposal, which is enough for a few trips to China, including a visit to the Great Wall and maybe Shaolin monasteries. It is, however, not much for a company offering the next break-through in medicine. The accumulated deficit, on the other hand, makes up for the small number above. It is $12 million, spent generously throughout the years.

Did I mention the number of employees? It is 3 employees and 3 consultants with a President and CEO to manage them. Small number, but working in a huge office – a 7,200 square feet industrial facility in Canada. Keep in mind that the regular football stadium is 34,500 square feet. [BANNER]

Despite all these strange facts, maybe the company will after all succeed. It does have a product, it does have some revenues. Who knows, maybe Medical International Technology will be next to Bayer one day.

Until that time comes though, we better stick to the reality at hand. For Medical International, the future seems nothing but misty and it is yet to see what lies behind the thick fog of the present day.

Amico Games Corp. (OTC:AMCG) Pumped Up by Promotions

Amico Games Corp. (OTC:AMCG) has been quite unstable these days. Over the past week, the stock has been mostly on low trade, while its efforts to move up didn’t appear to be successful. Yesterday, AMCG began to move down again and no one knows how far it may go.

The most impressive thing here is that AMCG has had five promotions during the past couple of days, which apparently haven’t pumped up the stock price yet. The records show that Amico was promoted by four different promoters and each of them has been compensated $15000 by a third party, Flip Ventures LLC. Today the fifth promotion of AMCG was on, though this time the compensation and the third party involved remained unknown. Will the last promotion push up the stock price? It will be soon clear, however, it is obvious that Amico makes great efforts to get the up move. Meanwhile, investors are concerned about the stock price as it currently trades at its 52 week low.

Amico Games Corp. is a development-stage company engaged in the development and distribution of mobile phone games for the Chinese market. The last news released by the company came up about two weeks ago, when AMCG reported that the registered users for their online games have grown to over 30M. However, since then, no more on the company’s activities has been announced.[BANNER]

According to its latest 10-Q report, as of end-November, 2010 Amico’s revenue has decreased and the company’s incurred loss from operations totaled $7,144. Besides, cash and cash equivalents of AMCG have got lower, while some of its expenses have increased. The company’s management claim they anticipate to meet their ongoing cash requirements by retaining income as well as through equity or debt financing. However, the team expect that their expenses over the next 12 months will be over $2 million. In that case, Amico will certainly need additional financing for its operations, however, there is no guarantee that any such financing will be available.

Videolocity International, Inc. (PINK:VCTY) lost 10% on Tuesday, correcting from recent share price gains which were secured after the company announced the buyer for their subsidiary Avtar Singh Construction.

As disclosed in the latest PR, Avtar will be bought for $4.8 million by Evader, Inc. The takeover will be executed through a complex transaction, involving 800 million shares in security escrow from Evader and some special financing, which was not disclosed in detail.

In other news, Videolocity stated they are considering a merger with a Chinese company Hubei Xinzheng Hydroelectric Development Limited. The name of the company was disclosed on Tuesday, as a response to rising public pressure to reveal the candidate for a possible Hydro merger.[BANNER]

Videolocity currently holds $12.3 million market cap. The business retains a documented tangible net worth of over $7 million. There is, however, no distinction of which part of those assets belongs to subsidiaries. The company doesn’t file financial reports with the SEC.

For the last quarter ended September 30, 2010, Videolocity generated $4.45 million in sales and booked net profits on a solid 36% margin. Various expenditures however require constant additional fund raising, to keep the cash flow positive. The company’s outstanding stock amount is currently near the authorized share count.

Considering the price offered for Avtar, the company will be selling a very large portion of their business, thus without the merger investors could potentially be hurt, as VCTY’s ability to preserve liquid assets is limited.

Yesterday, Clean Power Concepts, Inc. (PINK:CPOW) stock started the day with the next subsequent high, but unfortunately the share price seems to be starting the drop down. Also, a bunch of promoters sent again numerous advertising newsletters under a costly promotional campaign.

CPOW stock closed the market yesterday with a 10.05% decline at $0.369. The trading volume was the highest since the share price started its furious rise about two weeks ago, implying that those interested in CPOW rapid value gains and improved liquidity could have started to take their profits. After reaching $0.52, CPOW share price started falling down, breaking through important support levels. The formerly bullish technical indicators have now reversed, signaling that traders’ interest might be already fading away, and that this might happen as quickly as it started to grow.

It seems that yearly in the morning the next batch of alerts hit the market, the promotional campaign being conducted by over ten different websites. The promotional disclosure of one of them suggests that the total compensation received is $100,000, this amount being for a one-week advertising campaign. Further, the disclosure says that the third party that paid for the promotions is most probably holding shares, and most probably it plans to dump them on the market as soon as the time comes.

In the meantime, nothing has changed about Clean Power’s absolute lack of any fundamental base for the current share price levels, as well as about the company’s ongoing unfounded PR campaign. After market close on Tuesday, CPOW announced to have signed a $400 million deal through a Letter of Intent to supply a Chinese company with crude canola oil over a minimum of ten years.
