Some things are just not meant to be, like some companies do better than others.

Some things are just not meant to be, like some companies do better than others. Bullzi Security can’t still get out of the black market hole. Even the rogue antivirus application don’t help in any way.

Have you ever heard about Internet Security Essentials, the threat which has been active for a while (if you already have this infection on your computer, follow the removal instructions of Internet Security Essentials)? It seems that some companies, especially the huger ones, are making nice profit selling their antivirus soft, but not Bullzi Security Inc. (PINK:BLLZ), which is not only an information security consultancy firm, but also a company providing security education.

According to the stock chart, the shares are barely traded and easily suggestible. Currently, the single stock is worth $0.013. It’s even unclear whether there is much to expect from Bullzi Security.[BANNER]

The financial side of the company also rises some doubts. As the annual report indicates, in a single year, the current assets of the company went down from $343 thousand in 2009 to $118 thousand in 2010. At the same time, total current liabilities decreased by 56% (from $451,303 in 2009 to $200,256 in 2010). BLLZ is still unable to cover its expenses, which are almost double than assets.

In the meantime, gross profit went down by 12%. At the same time, as of 2010 net income is $76,042, compared to net loss of $29,155 in the year 2009. Thus, the overall situation of the company does not look very bright. If the board of directors decide to change the business plan, maybe we will see better results next year.

There are times when you seem to be doing everything just right, yet in the end you find yourself on the loser's side instead of bearing the fruit of your efforts. Little consolation is that this is not your fault

There are times when you seem to be doing everything just right, yet in the end you find yourself on the loser’s side instead of bearing the fruit of your efforts. Little consolation is that this is not your fault.

There are factors, events and circumstances which are beyond your control and you can do nothing to change them or avoid them. The recent disastrous earthquake in Japan is a very sad proof of these words.

People were not the only ones that suffered from nature’s wrath in Asia. Uranium companies worldwide are among the victims too. One of these is Uranium One Inc. (TSE:UUU), (PINK:SXRZF).

The stock of the company was severely struck by the turmoil in Japan. Yesterday, on a record for the last three years turnover of over 50M shares, UUU slumped almost 28%, finishing the day at $4.31. During the session, the stock decayed to a 3-month low of $4.

The cataclysm in Japan led to a nuclear crisis in the country. Several of the operating reactors had to be shut down. This could lead to uranium surplus and result in decreasing uranium prices.

However, most analysts and participants in stock forums suppose that the current negative reaction will be only short-term and prices will go up again in the long run. This probably holds true for the share prices of the uranium players.

After all, no matter how horrific they are, disasters come and go. Besides, a real alternative to uranium is still hard to find. For this reason, maybe, many analysts see the current fall in uranium stocks as a buy opportunity, supposing the prices will recover very soon.

This gives plenty of hope to managers of Uranium One too. Probably, it will not be long before we see UUU climbing to its high levels from February. Back then, the shares had noted a 3-year record at $7.02.

Of course, there is no guarantee this is really going to happen. Sometimes, reality turns out to be quite different from what we expect.

In Uranium One’s case, however, the recovery looks quite possible. A week ago, the company announced quite positive financial results for the past year. Some investors must have been delighted to read about record revenue of $327M for 2010, a 116% increase in the sales and a 106% rise in uranium production in comparison with 2009.

Last Monday, the stock of 01 Communique Laboratory Inc. (TSE:ONE), (PINK:OCQLF) began to decline on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE) and has been moving in the wrong direction ever since. This happens just before the annual shareholders’ meeting that is to be held in Toronto tomorrow, and surely will give the participants additional topic for consideration.

ONE opened the week at $2.23 per share and ended 20% lower – at $1.78. At the same time, the turnover was almost three times the average.

The company has practically not issued any major developments this year. The lack of information makes it very hard to explain the current share price performance.

Probably, the recent downfall is resultant from shorters’ activity. It might be also due to the fact that Communique is overestimated on the TSE. The present market cap of the company is $106M, while the net worth of the company is only $4.6M according to the latest financial data.

Perhaps, investors have very high expectations about 01 Communique and have overvalued the company. These expectations, however, do not seem to be supported by

Copper Creek Gold Corp. ( CVE:CPV ) (PINK:CKVLF) shot up nearly 16% on Wednesday, possibly on a delayed reaction to the recent news

Copper Creek Gold Corp. (CVE:CPV) (PINK:CKVLF) shot up nearly 16% on Wednesday, possibly on a delayed reaction to the recent news.

The poor liquidity stock didn’t react to the company’s announcement of an upcoming new claim acquisition. 3.8 thousand hectares property in British Columbia will be acquire from William Gary Thompson. The acquisition costs will be covered by paying $3.2 thousand in cash and issuing 300,000 common shares for 100% interest with no royalties attached.

CPV share price advance halted right at the recent resistance level of 11 cents. Trading volume was massive, nearly 16 times the average, but the price didn’t rally much more than it does on a volatile trading day.

Since the transaction mostly generates dilution for shareholders and is of unclear intrinsic value, this share price rally could quickly fade away. Even if the company gets the property, which has not yet happened, their fundamental value won’t change until the property is proven to hold some gold.

First drilling program is contemplated to begin in summer. The assumptions of gold existence on the property come from the drilling results on neighboring Blackwater Project, which is 7 kilometers away. Richfield Ventures Corp., operating on Blackwater property, found 2.04 g/t mineralization over 205 m. as they announced in January this year.

Copper Creek is in position to carry out a drilling program. They should have around $1.8 million in liquid capital including the proceeds from the most recent funding round that are not yet reflected on the balance sheet. However, the value of the property is questionable, as well as the market value of Copper Creek themselves.

The net tangible would roughly calculate to $2.4 million, with no revenues whatsoever. Copper Creek doesn’t really justify the current market cap of $9.8 million and should trade at least at half the current price considering their situation.

Medipattern Corp. (CVE:MKI) (PINK:MKIFF) is up for an extended rally after the company got an FDA approval for their flagship product Visualize:Vascular.

The clearance put the stock on the radars of many traders, as it could provide a multiday price rally. The stock already added 950%, or 57 cents, to the vague value it previously held.

Visualize:Vascular is an ultrasound based device created for use in vascular radiology and vascular surgery. It allows physicians to assess vascular disease through a use of quantified, segmented and measured ultrasound imaging. The product is available in the US and the first shipments will begin as soon as the second quarter of 2011.

The company had little value up to this point – their fundamentals depicted a story of a common development stage business and the stock had seen little interest from traders. Historical fundamental data shows:

Constant cash raises using common stock;

Miniscule revenues;

Quarterly net losses, which drag on since inception.

The business holds a negative tangible worth, meaning the current $36+ million market cap runs merely on expectations for a financially bright future. The company hasn’t provided guidance on sales expectations, nor the sale price for the device.
